The cost of a wedding, (30 persons or more), held at Sanctuary Cove is $400.00. A refundable security deposit is also $400.00.

Weddings shall take place on a trial basis only, and may be revoked by a vote from the All Creeds Board at any time.
A Deposit and Usage fee
shall be required for each event, and must be received a minimum of
three weeks prior to the service. Informal rehearsals in advance of the
event are allowed only if scheduled with Sanctuary Cove. A full
deposit must be received by Sanctuary Cove at least three weeks prior to
rehearsal and/or at the time of booking. Weddings booked without a
three-week advance notice may be charged an additional non-refundable
fee of $100.00.
If the wedding party violates any of the behavioral
conditions during the rehearsal, the deposit shall be forfeited, and the
wedding may be canceled.
A full refund of the
security deposit will be
made if event is cancelled within 20 days of designated date. If you
must cancel your wedding 7 days prior, 50% of the entire initial
security deposit
will be retained by Sanctuary Cove.
Any cancellation within three days shall forfeit the
entire security deposit.
The security deposit
will be fully refunded if Sanctuary Cove premises are left exactly as found,
as determined by an official All Creeds representative.
The security deposit shall be refunded within a month after the event is completed.
If additional charges are levied on the renters, this shall be deducted
from the security deposit. Any remaining security deposit funds will then be
returned to the renter.
Upper parking lot is available for guests, two cars max parked at the chapel for unloading.
30 cars maximum and 75
maximum people are allowed for each event.
If you anticipate more
than 75 people, your event must be approved by The Board and may incur
extra fees or larger security deposit.
Wedding party must be fully dressed upon arrival – there are limited facilities for changing/dressing on the premises. The wedding party has decided to be married in a natural, rugged setting and therefore understands the limits of such setting.
Music/Sound: Acoustic or portable boom box style amplification may be used. No large speakers or heavily amplified sound that could be disruptive to the environment, other visitors to Sanctuary Cove or neighborhood is allowed.
PLEASE NOTE: Care must be taken by the renter to keep the ceremony quiet and respectful to the meditative nature of Sanctuary Cove. Yelling, screaming loud music or public displays of drunkenness shall forfeit the entire security deposit.
Littering of any kind by anyone attending the service shall forfeit the entire security deposit.
Set up may occur no earlier than sunrise and all activities must be completed and persons off the property by sunset unless prior arrangements are made with and approved by Sanctuary Cove.
